Following are the steps required to get started with our
mail/print services: |
- Your account must be established (sign an Agreement)
- Select and purchase your data
- Fax or mail a copy of your letter on your company letter
head. If faxing, please set your fax machine to "fine resolution" to make your
letter more legible. Indicate on the letter where you'd like the list information,
for instance first name, or last name to be inserted.
- If you'd like us to print your signature on your letters, fax
or mail a copy of your signature on a blank piece of paper. Please
use a pen with medium thickness. If faxing, please set your fax machine to
"fine resolution" to make your signature more legible.
- Choose the type of paper/package
for your letters.
- Tell us if you'd like bar
coding on your envelopes.
- Tell us if you'd like any short messages such as
"Confidential", or "News Letter" to appear on the bottom left section
of your envelopes.
- Let us know if you will be doing follow up mailings, so we
can print a small record number on each letter.

business days and fax you proofs for your approval. |
