Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about federal and state tax lien mailing lists, custom counts, recent records, historical date ranges, recurring updates, and direct mail support.
Can I order records for one state or multiple states?
Yes. You can request a count for one state, multiple states, specific counties, or other available geographic criteria. The best starting point is to tell us the market you want to target so we can estimate available volume.
Can I choose federal tax liens, state tax liens, or both?
Yes. You can request federal IRS tax liens, state tax liens, or a combination of both when available for your selected market.
Can I target individual or business tax lien records?
Yes. You can request individual tax lien records, business tax lien records, or both. Availability may vary by state, record type, and compliance requirements. Records involving consumers in California may be limited or unavailable.
Can I request recent tax lien records?
Yes. If your campaign depends on timing, you can request recent filings or newly available records when available. You can also request a broader historical date range if your campaign needs a larger universe.
How often can I receive updates?
Recurring updates may be available depending on your target market, record volume, and campaign needs. Some customers use one-time files, while others schedule recurring updates to receive newly available records that match their criteria.
Can I see sample data?
Yes. The Samples and Data Fields page shows representative individual and business tax lien record fields. The examples are for structure only and should not be treated as actual tax lien records.
Do you provide property tax delinquency lists?
No. This site focuses on federal IRS and state tax lien mailing lists. It does not offer delinquent property tax rolls or county property tax lien lists.
Do you publish pricing on the website?
No. Pricing depends on the target market, criteria, available volume, order type, and campaign support needed. Start with a custom count request or call 925-592-4710.
Can Information Technologies Inc. handle the mailing too?
Yes. Some customers only need data. Others want support with mail merge, printing, envelopes, postcards, inserts, postage, mailing logistics, or follow-up campaigns.
What is the best first step?
The best first step is a custom count. Tell us the geography, lien type, filing period, lien amount range, and record category you want to target.
