Our tax lien database contains the following:
  • Federal tax liens
  • State tax liens

Please note, that we are unable to distinguish among various types of tax liens within each category. For instance, if you select state tax liens, you will receive all types of tax liens that a state taxing agency records, such as payroll withholdings, sales & use tax, income, and etc. Therefore you can NOT use such parameter (e.g. payroll vs. income) as one of your selection criterion.

Selection criterion
Use a combination of the following parameters in selecting your leads:
  • Region: By state, county, and first 3 digits of the zip code
  • Date: A specific period, or from a certain date to current. Customers receiving regular updates will receive all new filings that have become available since last update.
  • Type: E.g. federal lien, or state lien, or any combination.
  • Amount: For instance, $5,000 and above, or a range, between $5,000 to $100,000.
  • Individuals vs. businesses: One or the other, or both. Note that business filings include corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships and all other types of businesses.

Sample 1: Federal liens against businesses in California from 6/1/98 to 3/15/99, over $5,000. This is a sample of a one time purchase with no follow-up updates.
Sample 2: State liens against businesses and individuals, over $3,000, from CA, FL, NY, WA, and AZ from 2/1/99 to current, then on regular bases (e.g. weekly) we’ll run this list and send you all new liens that match the above criterion. Your future updates will never include any records that you have already received.

Information received
Each lead in your list will contains the following information:
  • Debtor's name
  • Debtor's complete address, including a nine-digit zip code (required for pre-sorted and bulk mail)
  • County name (upon request)
  • Filing date of the lien
  • Amount
  • Type (e.g. federal lien)
  • Creditor, IRS in all federal filings, or name of the state agency for state filings (if available).
