• By type: Chapter 7 or 13, new filings or discharged records.
• By region: Select by county, state or nationwide.
• Home addresses: You can select individuals that reside in a home, all addresses, or individuals that do not reside in a home.
• By date: You can select your bankruptcy records by filing date or discharge date

Unlike other List Brokers or mailing houses, we will not sell you duplicate records. Our databases are subjected to complex algorithms in order to eliminate duplicate records. We archive each one of your purchases to ensure you do not receive the same records in future orders.

We CASS certify all records. You may still have up to 20% undeliverable mail, which is common in this industry. You may experience a higher percentage of undeliverable mail if you use older records.

The response rate in this industry for direct mail will range from ½% to 2%.

The preferred method of delivery is email. The data file is delivered to you in the method you specify. MS Excel is the most common format, but you may also choose to receive your files in comma or tab delimited, or dbf format. We can also print and ship your list or fax it for a nominal fee.

NOTE: The prices below do not include any applicable CA sales tax. There is a one time $100 setup fee for database programming and desktop publishing on your initial order not included in the pricing below. Savings shown below is included in the total package cost.
