Company logo/letter head: You may print your merged letters on your own company letter head, or we can re-create your letter head including graphics, insert it into your merged letters, so it will print as one page with your merged letters.

Delivery bar code: The delivery bar code and address prints right on your merged letters. You can avoid printing labels, by simply using window envelopes. Only required when using discount postage.

Salutation: You can use only a first name, or first & last name. A special program could be used to change this field to "Dear Business Owner", if the letter is being sent to a business. Such programs could be used to make your letter more user friendly.

Signature: Send us a copy of your signature, we'll scan and place it in your merged letter, so there won't be a need to sign each letter individually.
